Integrated Massage Therapy
Massage should be accessible!
You don't need to know the difference between Swedish and deep tissue. You don't need to wonder about massage etiquette - How much do I undress? Should I tip? Is it okay if I talk or don't? What if I fall asleep? Should my hair be up or down?
You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door
You simply tell me how you're feeling
Maybe your neck and shoulders ache after another week at your desk. Maybe your little one isn't so little anymore, and your lower back reminds you every time you pick them up. Maybe stress has settled into your body in ways you can't quite explain. Or maybe you're simply exhausted and need an hour where no one needs anything from you.
That's where integrated massage therapy comes in! Instead of following the same routine every session, I blend techniques based on what your body needs that day. Sometimes that means slow, calming work to help your nervous system settle. Sometimes it means focused treatment for areas of persistent tension. Most often, it's a little of both.
The way I practice massage is shaped by a few simple beliefs:
A safe, predictable space is a must.
No confusion - You don’t need to know what type of massage to book or what to ask for. We’ll talk before every session so I understand how your body is feeling and what you need that day.
No surprise fees - My pricing is all-inclusive. Cupping, hot stones, and essential oils are used as part of your care when helpful—never as add-ons or upsells.
No tipping - Massage therapy is healthcare, not a service where gratuity is expected. My pricing reflects my work, so you never have to calculate or decide on a tip.
You're the expert of your own experience.
Pressure, positioning, conversation, music, temperature, and pace can all be adjusted. You can ask questions or change your mind about any facet of your care at any point during your session.
You're a whole person, not just a sore shoulder.
Pain doesn't exist in a vacuum. Stress, sleep, work, hobbies, caregiving, injuries, and everyday life all influence how your body feels. My goal is to understand the bigger picture so we can create a treatment that supports you and not just your symptoms.
Frequently asked questions
Is your space wheelchair accessible?
At this time, my space is not wheelchair accessible. Entry to the studio requires either a spiral staircase or a standard staircase.
If you have accessibility concerns or are unsure whether the space will work for you, please reach out before booking. I’m happy to talk through options and do my best to support your needs.
