Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a technique that uses suction to gently lift the skin and underlying tissue. It’s often used to support circulation, ease muscle tension, and help the body settle. It can be a good fit if you’re dealing with localized tightness, stress, or areas that feel overworked. If you’re unsure, we can talk through your needs and decide together.
What is targeted cupping?
Targeted cupping focuses on one specific area of the body at a time. It’s a simple, direct approach that allows us to give focused attention where you need it most without a full-body session.
Release tension. Restore flow. Reconnect with your body.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to undress?
No. Sessions are focused on one area, so you can stay fully clothed. Just wear or bring something that allows easy access to the area being treated (for example, a tank top for shoulders or loose shorts for legs).
Will cupping leave marks?
Sometimes. The circular marks are not bruises but a response to increased blood flow. They can range in color and usually fade within a few days to about a week.
What does cupping feel like?
Most people describe it as a pulling or tight sensation rather than pressure. It shouldn’t be painful, though some areas may feel more intense depending on tension in the body.
What should I do after a cupping session?
Drink water, keep the area warm, and avoid intense activity for the rest of the day. Give your body time to respond to the work.
What areas can you work on?
Areas where muscle tension commonly builds from posture, stress, or repetitive movement and can be directly treated. Common areas include shoulders, back, hips, and legs.
Do you accept tips?
No. I do not accept gratuity. My pricing is designed to be accessible and to reflect the full value of the service without the need for additional tipping.
